This fully functioning USB charger is designed for cost-effective remote audio surveillance, utilising the 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi networks commonly found in residential and commercial areas.
The recorder is voice-activated storing recordings on an SD card and optionally uploading them to the cloud. This device is particularly suitable for long-term audio surveillance in various environments, including homes, offices, and care facilities, where concerns about abuse or neglect may arise
Recorded files are timestamped, which can be useful if the recordings are needed as evidence.
The audio recorder connects to Wi-Fi with a hidden SSID, preventing accidental discovery of the Wi-Fi signal by others. To review recorded audio, users can log into the device via the app, download the files, and playback. There is also an option to delete, share, or store them on platforms like Google Drive using the share button.
